Professional Biography William Singleton is a senior mediator with the Denver, Colorado office of RESOLVE. He has over 14 years of experience working in and out of government on natural resource issues. Previously Will worked with members of Congress and Parliaments from around the world to build consensus on key natural resource issues including energy and climate, water and watershed management, coastal zones, and international development. Will has lectured internationally on NEPA. Since joining RESOLVE, Will has focused on utilizing his skills in consensus building and dispute resolution to successfully achieve agreements on natural resource issues throughout the Rocky Mountain West and internationally. Will is leading the Technical Support Committee for the Northwest Corridor EIS in Metro Denver working on issues such as: Air Quality, Noise, and Water Quality. Will has facilitated conferences for the Western Governors Association covering issues including cross-border air quality, endangered species, and forest health. Will has mediated dialogue on statewide water policy with the 64 counties in Colorado to build consensus on principles for water use and storage. Finally, Will is the co-lead on an effort to rewrite dispute resolution protocols for an international forestry certification system.
