Professional Biography With a diversity of training and real-world experience in mediation, facilitation and arbitration I have come to know that self-determination and issue management is a fact of life in our western culture. As such, my experiences and interaction among local, state and federal agency personnel, private landowners, Tribal leaders, and various agricultural organizations has guided me toward a role of "helper/facilitator." Combined with courtroom experience, time spent in administrative hearings, and being involved with many public listening forums, it's become evident that our citizenry's preference of making informed choices,(as a preventative and proactive approach to resolving and managing issues)is on an ever-broadening pathway. Practitioners with deep integrity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard with stakeholders will, no doubt, be useful to these populations as they make informed choices in the management of their issues.
