Professional Biography Ms. Lee has over 20 years of combined experience as a mediator/facilitator, environmental engineer, and attorney addressing environmental issues and policy matters. She has a record of success facilitating multi-party consensus building efforts on complex issues including channel deepening, environmental restoration planning, a permit dispute, strategic planning for health programs, and dredged material disposal sites. Groups facilitated range from 12 to over 50. Participants have been diverse including pilots, Ports, grass roots organizations, and a broad array of federal and state agencies, and elected officials. Ms. Lee helped the groups reach consensus, often ahead of schedule. Ms. Lee has a law degree from Yale, a masters of civil engineering from MIT and an undergraduate degree in biology. She is a member of the Washington and DC Bars, a former Vice Chair of the ABA Committee on Climate Change and Sustainability, and a member of the Technical Resources Group of the Sustainable Washington Advisory Panel.
