Professional Biography Ms. Lee has over 20 years of combined experience as a mediator/facilitator, environmental engineer, and attorney addressing environmental issues and policy matters.  She has a record of success facilitating multi-party consensus building efforts on complex issues including channel deepening, environmental restoration planning, a permit dispute, strategic planning for health programs, and dredged material disposal sites. Groups facilitated range from 12 to over 50. Participants have been diverse including pilots, Ports, grass roots organizations, and a broad array of federal and state agencies, and elected officials.
