Professional Biography I have worked as an organizational development consultant since 1988 in Alaska.  I have consistently been hired to facilitateconflict situations both in and out of organizational settings.  I find myself using my skills as a consensus builder to create a positive environment which encourages participants to view conflict as "productive tension".  My educational background does not include environmental training but living in Alaska I have been called on regularly to help resolve environmental disputes.  My methodology includes personal interviews of all parties involved if at all possible.  My work has moved more and more toward multi-party mediation in the last few years.  I am a snow bird and split my time between a home in Alaska and homes in Arizona and Mexico.
