Professional Biography I have over 12 years experience in environmental conflict management both professionally and academically.  My knowledge of conflict and dialogue theories has illuminated my profesional and practical experience, likewise, my practical experience has helped me to better understand communication and conflict managment theory.My enviornmental work covers the areas of land managment, endangered species, water quality and managment, nuclear waste, energy, ecosystem management and regulatory processes.I specialze in working with large stakeholder processes (15+) but have also worked as a mediator in 2 party negotiations.I also have specialized in working with Native American tribes and have studied intercultural theories and have used my skills and knowledge to assist all those involved in enviornmental intercultural negotiations to better understand the unique dynamics surrounding collaborative processes involving Native American tribes or tribal issues.
