Professional Biography For the past eighteen years, Mr. Mealey has served as a respected and trusted convenor, facilitator, and mediator of numerous dialogues and negotiations aimed at resolving a wide variety of local, state, national, and international environmental and sustainable development issues.  These projects have addressed solid, hazardous, and nuclear waste management and cleanup, sustainable forest and natural resource management, food security and agricultural policy, chemicals/pesticides regulation, and air and water quality management and regulation.  Participants in the efforts have included several hundred respected leaders of affected local, state, and national governmental agencies, international organizations, numerous industry sectors, and a wide variety of local, national, and international non-governmental organizations.
