Professional Biography Sarah Rubin has fifteen years of experience in dispute resolution, mediation, facilitation, strategic planning and training. She has worked with government agencies and community based organizations on a wide variety of public policy issues such renewable energy, air quality, water resources, public health, emergency response and planning, and citizen/ government disputes.  She conducts situation assessments, designs short and long-term collaborative group  processes and innovative workshop events, facilitates effective meetings, leads strategic planning processes and mediates challenging issues.Ms. Rubin received her Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in 1999.Ms. Rubin especially enjoys elicitive, or group-driven, processes as participants typically find them more empowering, with more creative and durable results than prescriptive approaches.
