Professional Biography Triangle Associates' President Bob Wheeler has more than 35 years of experience in project management, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, public outreach, and organizational development for multi-party efforts involving local, state, federal and tribal governments, NOGs and stakeholder groups. He has worked on projects involving CERCLA, hazardous waste, CWA/CAA, RCRA, Federal Advisory Committees, watershed and land use planning, regulation, government/private partnerships, facility siting and design, transportation, shorelines, solid waste, energy, wildlife conservation, natural resource management and more.A certified P.E. in WA, OR, and ID, Bob combines understanding technical aspects of complex problems with extraordinary people skills to communicate science in everyday language. As former Utilities Director for Boulder, CO and Public Works Director of Port Townsend, WA, Mr. Wheeler understands the language of governments and their need for practical and cost-effective consultant assistance.
