Professional Biography Since 2001, Robin has served as consultant, facilitator and project manager for complex environmental/public policy cases at DS Consulting, a small woman owned ADR firm in Portland, Oregon. Work includes process assessment and design; small and large group meeting facilitation; report and other document writing; and one on one coaching and conflict resolution with stakeholders. She also provides two-party mediation services in a variety of areas including juvenile victim/offender, small claims and citizen/police disputes.Robin's approach draws on nearly 10 years of experience mediating and facilitating in a variety of public settings across a broad range of issues. She always brings strong organizational and writing skills, flexibility and humor to the process. She helps build capacity for collaborative work in government agencies through skills training and coaching with rising leaders. Using a facilitative style, she works with clients to design and manage a process that best meets the needs of the group while maintaining regard for the interests and needs of the individual.
