Professional Biography I have over a decade of experience in watershed planning. As a professional, neutral facilitator, I have facilitated multi-stakeholder dialogues, strategic planning workshops, and processes involving scientific review of resource management plans. While at EPA, I directed collaborative dialogues with federal, state, and local governments alongside landowners and local watershed organizations to address water quality concerns and develop implementation strategies for a TMDL in the coastal estuary of Tomales Bay, California. I served as project coordinator for over $17 million, multi-agency effort to develop a policy framework for disposal of dredged material in San Francisco Bay from 1993 - 1996. and facilitated inter-agency and stakeholder meetings to evaluate proposed dredging policies and collaboratively develop options. In addition, I have served as a facilitator for problem-solving meetings involving local, state and federal regulators to improve communications and reach agreements on joint-priority setting for limited resources. I also worked for four years facilitating complex stakeholder dialogues on watershed protection plans and negotiations involving sensitive habitat and resource issues. This experience gives me expertise in and familiarity with government decision-making processes, strong understanding of technical issues with an emphasis on marine, estuarine and water quality resource issues and training in collaborative, agreement-focused efforts w
