Professional Biography I work with my partner, Jim Manske, utilizing a co-mediation/co-faciltation model with the benefits of having the resources of two skilled ADR professionals for one hourly rate.  We approach the tasks of mediation and facilitation with the intention of creating a context in which collaborators can explore what is needed by all parties.  Strategies to meet everyone's needs are explored through a process of mutual understanding and communication. The facilitators guide the collaborators through an appropriate process designed to move the parties toward constructive agreements.   We bring a wide variety of experience working with small and large groups in both public and private meetings.  We have created collaborative processes with a variety of groups including neighborhood associations,  businesses, and various governmental agencies, and have built a reputation for both fairness and neutrality, while recognizing that our growth and education never ends.    We are willing to travel.
