Professional Biography Molly has worked in both the U.S. and Canada and is fluent in a variety of resource and regulatory issues in both countries.  She has seven years experience working in collaborative process planning and permitting in the Alaska Coastal Management Program and collectively she has 11 years of environmental issue resolution experience, including project design and implementation. She has an in-depth knowledge of air, land and water quality disputes.  At Kearns & West, she facilitatited and managed the process for a hydroelectric relicensing project.  Her work includes facilitating the Tribal Relations Working Group, a working group which takes relicensing with Indian Tribes into a new solutions-orientated direction. Her collaborative work includes serving as the regulatory lead as a negotiator and coordinator in permitting processes for complex energy and coastal development projects in the State of Alaska.  During her work with the Governor’s Office of Alaska, she negotiated community, aboriginal, state government and industry concerns for projects impacting environmental resources and habitat.  She collaborated with local communities, agencies and industry representatives, and has successfully navigated her way through public, regulatory and agency controversy.  While working with the Governor’s Office, she also conducted regulatory training sessions and conducted training for North Slope Alaska Natives to incorporate their traditional knowledge effectively into the re
