Professional Biography Pam Motley has worked as a third-party neutral facilitator in the environmental and natural resource field for thirteen years. She has extensive experience in process design, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, event planning and project management. Pam has successfully organized and facilitated several multi-party, collaborative working groups comprised of Federal and State agencies; environmental and user groups; timber, energy and grazing industries; academia; and local citizens.  In each of her projects, working groups have been able to reach consensus on a myriad of controversial issues resulting in over 160,000 acres of forest health treatments and Federal policy revisions.  Pam holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Environmental Science and Chemistry from Northern Arizona University.
