Professional Biography Patrick Field brings an ability to help diverse parties and multiple agencies reduce conflict, design and structure effective dialogue, and develop more constructive long-term interactions.  Mr. Field brings to his work strong substantive technical and policy knowledge, project management skills, organizational development and strategic planning experience, along with his honed, flexible facilitation skills. Mr. Field’s federal land experience includes NEPA, ESA, and/or FACA work on Fire Island National Seashore off road driving, Cape Hatteras National Seashore off road driving, a U.S. Navy proposed runway, cultural resources on Cape Cod National Seashore, and resource planning for FWS wildlife refuges.  His work in water includes the restoration implementation program for the Edwards Aquifer, San Antonio, Texas, phosphorus standing setting and ecological restoration of the Florida Everglades, Superfund cleanup of the Hudson River, cleanup of Upper Cape Cod's sole source aquifer, river restoration and modeling of the Connecticut, Assabet, and Neponset Rivers, and extensive work with water suppliers and wastewater treatment across the U.S.   Mr. Field has also worked on energy siting in Maine and Massachusetts, and energy planning in New England and the mid-Atlantic.   Mr. Field has also worked on national agricultural policy, land use and development, and Native American issues.
