Professional Biography Peter Colverson has worked with stakeholders for several years to develop consensus on contentious issues associated with natural resources. He is a strong facilitator who focuses on building trust, both between himself and stakeholders and between different stakeholder groups. Distrust can destroy a process. To achieve trust, Mr. Colverson creates innovative and interesting trust building exercises that are integrated into the consensus building process. Mr. Colverson brings a strong background in science to his work with knowledge and experience associated with water resources, fire ecology, natural lands conservation and management, greenhouse gases, solid waste management and outdoor recreation.
