Professional Biography I have over 40 years experience in public and private sector transportation planning and traffic engineering, 30 years experience in management consulting and training, and 37 years experience in public involvement process design and facilitation.  I have spent the last 35 years integrating mediation and conflict management skills and techniques into project management and public outreach in engineering, planning, and construction, and have designed and taught courses to promote the use of these techniques.  My experience includes multi-party mediation, project partnering design and facilitiation, transportation planning and engineering, strategic planning, and training.
