Position or Title Senior Mediator

Professional Biography My mediation, facilitation and training work stems from a lifelong commitment to helping groups of people hear one another, identify shared interests and objectives, and work together productively. My topical expertise includes coastal and ocean issues, air quality, land use, superfund remediation, climate resilience, voluntary community partnerships, and strategic planning. I have worked on simple, short projects designed to bring people together strategically for a single event and on much longer projects that have lasted three and four years, where long-term relationships and effective team participation and working styles are key. I bring to my work good humor, enthusiasm, dedication, a focus on productivity, teamwork focused on the end goal, attention to detail, and trust in the ability of all participants to contribute well if given the right structure and opportunity.
