Professional Biography Facilitation - While employed by the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service in Montana, I initiated interest in facilitation services for handling people disputes. The Facilitation Training Program was initiated and conducted through 1990-1995. I served as an instructor for the agency during 1994. I have assisted several states with facilitation training primarily Wyoming, Montana, Utah, and Indiana. I have served as the primay instructor for 17 facilitation workshops. I have provided direct facilitation services to various diverse natural resource groups, organizations and agencies. I facilitated livestock-wildlife grazing, watershed planning, water quality, endangered species, agriculture, wilderness, irrigation water conveyance, conservation action plans, open space, EIS public participation, oil and gas development, and farmland preservation issues throughout the U.S. and in South Africa, Canada, India, Jordan, and Ethiopia.Mediation - I served as the primary mediator for the the following various natural resource and environmental cases since 1994: six agriculture (private), eight livestock-wildlife (BLM and private), two endangered species, one wilderness-oil and gas (on going), one irrigation water conveyance (private-FS), and one county road designation case (on going).Consensus Building - I provided consensus building process training and assistance to over 300 groups and organizations (private and public).
