Professional Biography Independent consultant Junior ECR Practitioner with bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University Hutchin's School of Public Policy and Action Studies. Recieved advanced dispute resolution training from Sonoma State University, the Consensus Building Institute and the Lincoln Institute for Land Use Policy. Nine years experience supporting business leaders, community stakeholders and cross-functional teams build understanding and reach agreement on complex environmental, agricultural, business and public policy projects. Most recently I co-led a mini-assessment project with colleagues at CBI that focused on nation-wide proliferation of cell tower disputes.I have specialized expertise in combining the dispute resolution practice with illustration, systems mapping and information management skills. This multidisciplinary approach is most valuable in the conflict assessment and convening stages of a process as stakeholders can more easily comprehend conflict dynamics and relationships and are able to jointly construct solutions, models and agreements. I have presented and led workshops in this approach to numberous groups, including the Gould Center for Mediation and Negotiation at Stanford and Sonoma State University's MA prgram in Public Policy.
