Professional Biography I hold a Masters Degree in Conflict Mgmt., Neg. & Peacebuilding. +As a facilitator I have designed and led very large groups to consensus using participative facilitation processes. +I am a Certified Prof. Facilitator. I also design and facilitate team buildling workshops.  +As a mediator I specialize in relationship disputes in public and private areas, using facilitative and transformative mediation techniques. +I have conducted workplace mediation and facilitated interest based bargaining for government agencies.  +I work with individuals that are in very high conflict and must sustain a working relationship. In this capacity I provide training, communication coaching, facilitation and mediation.Additionaly I have experience in isolating and identifying internal conflict w/in groups.
