Position or Title Vice President

Professional Biography I have served as an Environmental Response and Custodial Trustee on behalf of the United States (United States Department of Justice and United States Environmental Protection Agency), multiple States (including Attorney General’s Offices and Departments of Environmental Protection), industry and communities for over 20 years, responsible for the investigation, remediation and disposition of CERCLA, RCRA, mine-scarred lands and other hazardous waste sites nationally. I have helped facilitate transparent, large, multi-party environmental settlements and designed and administered complex processes structured to catalyze and optimize alignment among parties with competing environmental and land use interests.  I have first-hand (including field, regulatory, compliance, technical, financial, real estate, etc.) knowledge of environmental, specifically hazardous waste, issues, even overseeing sulfuric acid plant operations and complex investigations and cleanups. I make it a priority to understand and, as appropriate, advance the core interests of all parties in the service of resolutions that align along common grounds.
