Professional Biography In addition to experience and training in mediation and consensus building, my substantive background as an environmental lawyer and policy analyst informs my work as a neutral.  I have represented and counseled parties from all ends of the environmental interest spectrum, including local and state governments, industry, citizens groups and unions.  My approach to environmental dispute resolution activities focuses on collaborative learning and building long-term relationships between the various interests.
