Professional Biography Monitor’s approach to Conflict Resolution evolves from the philosophy that “two-heads-are-better-than-one.”   Our organizational and tribal conflict resolution specialists work with disparate individuals and groups to focus substantive issues and to identify mutually shared goals.  As mutual understanding emerges, trust builds, and dynamic coalitions form to identify and achieve shared mutual gains.  Simultaneously, emotions subside and synergy develops to move parties to new levels of understanding.  Through the process, common ground is created so that parties are able to acknowledge and work through divisive issues and emotions using the insight and power of their diverse perspectives and positions.  Dynamic coalitions develop to implement innovative and lasting solutions and creative futures.  Our Conflict Resolution process begins with a small group that expands quickly to include and synergize multiple participants in the honest, open dialog necessary to build the consensus and cooperation required to prevent future conflict.  Over the past 5 years, Monitor has provided consensus building and dispute resolution services to numerous clients in both public and private sectors.  Each client and each situation is unique.  Our reflective techniques and basic philosophy recognize that uniqueness; our experience and education allow us to develop equally unique, innovative processes and systems to reconcile conflict.
