Professional Biography Ms. Mayo has served as a convenor, facilitator and collaborative process designer for a wide variety of local, state, regional and national projects.  She has focused on providing neutral, third-party facilitation and conflict resolution services to complex environmental and public health projects: designing and coordinating local and regional, multi-party, decision-making processes; facilitating community-based watershed groups; designing effective communications systems; and building partnerships among polarized interest groups.Prior to joining Meridian, Ms. Mayo served as an independent facilitation and mediation consultant, focusing on local and regional watershed groups.  In addition, she worked as an Associate for 4 years at the Colorado Center for Environmental Management.  There she designed and facilitated stakeholder involvement and collaborative decision-making processes for environmental cleanup and technology development projects.
