Professional Biography Robert C. Minning is a Certified Mediator #7716C by the Supreme Court of Florida. He brings over 30 years of professional integrity and proven dispute resolution services to clients.  He is committed to assisting parties involved in dispute to reach viable solutions in a timely manner.  His proven approach of separting people from the problem and focusing on their interests, results n clients becoming part of the solution and not the problem. His education, training, and experience in the environmental sciences, together with his knowledge and understanding of business management practices, allows for a unique combination of skills to be brought to the mediation process.
