Professional Biography I have several hundred hours of experience in facilitative mediation, evaluative mediation, issue facilitation, and arbitration.I feel that my strength is in facilitative mediation. In facilitative mediation I allow the parties the opportunity to educate me about their issues and needs by means of their briefs and opening statements. I set the agenda based on information from the parties. I gather information by means of questioning the parties. I may caucus if needed. I assist the parties with the resolution. My settlement rate is approximately 85%I am also comfortable with evaluative techniques of dispute resolution including arbitration and evaluative mediation.
