Professional Biography I have successfully mediated a broad range of disputes, including public policy, land use, community, and workplace issues.  I have been a full time mediator and trainer since 1985, with special expertise in multi-party, public policy, and organizational conflict management, and dispute resolution systems design. I provide assistance in assessing conflicts and choosing appropriate processes, and work to ensure the participation of necessary parties at each stage of a process.   I am especially interested in working with people on issues of trust and respect. I use an interest based aproach, emphasizing joint (fact to face) communication. I work with co-mediators where necessary.
