Professional Biography Laura Sneeringer provides collaborative services including assessment, facilitation, mediation, strategic planning and training, primarily for natural resource focused dialogues and organizational improvement projects. She has facilitated dialogues on wide range of environmental topics such as: cleanup and redevelopment of brownfields and abandoned mine lands; smart growth and sustainability; renewable energy, oil development and energy efficiency; forest management; and water quality and infrastructure planning. Many of these projects have been technically complex, involved a wide range of parties or difficult interpersonal issues. Laura also provides organizational improvement services. She helps staff and management, different departments and different agencies work together more effectively. She also provides interactive training on collaborative skills, such as communication and facilitation, interest-based negotiation, building trust, improving team dynamics and designing multi-party processes.
