Professional Biography I help groups have conversations that matter. I have worked as an organizational consultant, facilitator, coach, mediator and trainer for thirty years, primarily in the environmental field.  As a neutral third party, I work with my clients to design processes that are interactive, engaging,  innovative and build good working relationships. Outcomes can include •Sharing and understanding technical, scientific, programmatic and organizational information and resolve issues/conflicts (at individual, group, community and organizational levels);•Creating dynamic strategic plans that are used for both short/long term planning and successful implementation;•Analyzing organizational and programmatic effectiveness and change, team dynamics and identify improvement opportunities and action plans;•Reaching short and long term agreements and/or recommendations.I am familiar with collaboration meeting software which allows for virtual meetings and am a Certified Professional Facilitator ™ (IAF-International Association of Facilitators). My focus is helping groups to accomplish their goals in a safe and comfortable environment.
