Professional Biography I became comfortable with a wide variety of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods and techniques in the course of a private law practice.  When I left my law firm to become a full-time ADR professional, I continued to focus primarily on ADR for environmental contamination and cleanup projects.  I have now returned to a private law firm, but continue to offer dispute resolution, facilitation and training services.  My unique blend of private practitioner and ADR neutral experience has allowed me to provide successful environmental mediation, facilitation, allocation, conflict assessment, process design and training assistance for dozens of projects.
