Professional Biography I am an environmental mediator. I hold a Masters Degree in Planning and specialized training in facilitation, negotiation, mediation, team & consensus building and adjudication. I have worked for the Ontario Civil Service since 1983 and presently provide a fee for service to the Ministry as ADR Program Coordinator. I operate a consulting service, Planning Solutions, and offer a variety of resource management and planning as well as dispute resolution services. I have worked extensively with the public sector, handling numerous issues across Ontario. I have extensive experience in writing public policy and in negotiating and facilitating resolution to multi-party public policy issues.
