Professional Biography I have facilitated, mediated, analysed conflict, designed process, built consensus and/or built capacity for collaborative work in  agricultural issues, water issues, hazardous waste, public education (funding and IEP's),community policing, community building, affordable housing, higher eucation, family/divorce,and workplace.Participants in my training/education have included 1)employees of government agencies (EPA,BLM, VA, USDA,FAA, FMCS, and others);2)providers of services to agencies and public;,3)representaties of non-profits; 4)elected officials;and 5)business executives.I've designed and directed graduate programs in general and environmental conflict resolution and directed academic studies of government agency conflict resolution programs.I have intercultural experience through being Director of R&D for Navajo Community College, through work with Oklahoma native groups, and through recent studies in Mexico and Costa Rica. Strengths include 1) creation of approaches specific to context 2)coaching of all parties to participate effectively in deliberations, 3)supporting effective presentation and discussion of scientific data, 4)writing of group work summaries and final documents,and 5)research.[Language fluencies designated reflect the skills of native speakers associated with the work of this company.)
