Professional Biography Kelly is an attorney and analyst who leads environmental review and planning projects for 106 Group, a St. Paul-based firm stewarding historical, cultural, and natural resources. With undergraduate degrees in ecology/evolutionary biology and journalism, and experience in business, local government, and nonprofits, Kelly brings a multidisciplinary perspective and balanced approach to this work.
