Professional Biography Kelly is an attorney and analyst who leads environmental review and planning projects for 106 Group, a St. Paul-based firm stewarding historical, cultural, and natural resources. Her portfolio currently includes Twin Cities transit development, tribal consultation support, and resource management planning. With undergraduate degrees in ecology/evolutionary biology and journalism, and experience in business, local government, and nonprofits, Kelly brings a multidisciplinary perspective and balanced approach to this work. As a proven project manager and trained mediator, she consistently accomplishes project outcomes within budget and on time, while facilitating collaboration among clients, stakeholders, and consultant team partners. Kelly studied resource management and human ecology in the Amazon Basin and has worked in Minnesota, Virginia, Colorado, and North Dakota, offering her national and international perspective. She is licensed to practice law and qualified as a mediation neutral in Minnesota, and has had extensive training and experience in facilitation and conflict resolution methods in Minnesota and Virginia.
