Professional Biography Since 1992 I have provided mediation and negotiation services to individuals, groups and organizations.  Over the last four years I have been serving as a facilitator/mediator for complex environmental and public policy cases which deal with ground water contamination, hazardous land-fills, endagered species, wildlife habitat, wetland creation and mitigation, Federal Clean Water Act, impaired waterways, interstate compacts, Federal and State environmental projects, Watershed planning, floodplain issues, stormwater management issues, urban and rural conservation, low impact development, best management practices, conservation easements, radioactive waste and industrial facility siting.In addition, I have coordinated the collaborative efforts of a whole host of organizations, local federal and state units of government, private sector corporations and non-governmental organizations to address the above issues.  A brief list of entities I have facilitated/coordinated with:  Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, Federal EPA, Nebraska Dept of Environmental Quality, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Dept of Natural Resources, Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Nebraska Governor, U.S. Congressmen, U.S. Senators, State Senators, Cities, Counties, School Districts, Private Developers, Union Pacific Railroad, Con Agra, Sierra Club, PCS Nitrogen, Honeywell International, U.S. Dept of the Interior, University of Nebraska, University of Nebraska Medical Center.
