Professional Biography Jennifer Peyser is a Senior Mediator in RESOLVE’s Washington, DC office. She has over seven years of experience facilitating and mediating multi-party policy dialogues and consensus processes. She specializes processes dealing with the highly technical scientific and regulatory questions involved in environmental policy making. Her project experience includes renewable energy, natural resources management, drinking water, and land use planning. As a facilitator and trainer, she has worked locally, nationally, and internationally with stakeholders including citizens, environmental advocates, industry representatives, scientists, elected officials, and agency staff.   Ms. Peyser is also an Affiliate and past Project Manager of the MIT-USGS Science Impact Collaborative, and a former Graduate Associate at the Consensus Building Institute. She earned her master’s degree in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning, Environmental Policy Group, where she completed her thesis on public involvement in natural resource management decision-making. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Iowa State University and is a Morris K. Udall Scholar for Excellence in Environmental Policy and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
