Professional Biography Much of my work has been the facilitation, process design and management of the fact finding process at cleanup sites.  Each site has its unique characteristics, facts, and issues, so while the method is relatively similar, specifics always seem to require a custom solution.  The sites have ranged from very small to quite large (5,000 parties, 350k manifests, 700k documents) where information management has been a challenge and a success.  Specific efforts have been undertaken for clients at sites involving MSW, drum recycling, solvent recycle, scrap metal recycle and landfills of all kinds.  Some of these efforts have involved just allocation, others expert evaluation and testimony, and others facilitation/mediation of the settlement processes including the DeMinimis and recalcitrant actions.
