Professional Biography About 20% of my work for the past 17 years has been as a process designer, facilitator and mediator of public policy disputes, including multi-party consensus-building processes. I have worked with clients on a variety of subjects, including environmental regulation, zoning and planning, health and mental health services, education, legal services for the poor, and governmental reform.
