Position or Title Lead Mediator

Professional Biography Heidi Hill Drum is an associate mediator with the Center for Collaborative Policy, a unit of CA State University, Sacramento. She specializes in community engagement, facilitation/mediation and public outreach related to complex environmental, planning, transportation and resource management issues. She  is comfortable using new technologies with traditional methods of stakeholder engagement and public input. She is an experienced trainer and public speaker. Heidi has recently worked on a number of difficult and complex processes including: a stakeholder assessment and field trip regarding USFS grazing allotments, non-profit land preservation and acquisition, federal flood management planning, and bi-state transportation and roadway projects.
