Professional Biography In the Office of the Governor, Glenn was the lead project analyst for oil and gas reviews in the Cook Inlet and North Slope regions of Alaska between 1992 and 2003.  In this capacity, he was responsible for facilitating project reviews, identifying conflicts and bringing parties together to resolve conflicts. As a private consultant since 2003, Glenn has worked for municipalities and nonprofit organizations on a number of land and water use issues.  In this capacity, he has led public meetings and worked with various parties to identify and resolve conflicts. Glenn has extensive cross-cultural experience working with Alaska Native organizations, tribes and rural communities. He was also the President of Sister Cities International for 2 years and a member of the board of directors for an additional 4 years.
