As part of our ADR practice, we design and implement collaborative, consensus building processes and models, train and advise executive leaders and conduct stakeholder meetings.  We lead strategic planning sessions, collaborative problem solving and interagency and stakeholder communication to facilitate decision-making.  We successfully facilitated and mediated selection and evaluation of over $255 million of environmental restoration projects.  We mediated tense negotiations involving up to 40 parties.  Ms. Laychak, principal, has over 235 hours of mediation and facilitation training...Our natural resource management expertise includes water, energy, fisheries, land use and maritime affairs.  Areas of expertise include inland and coastal California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.  We coordinated and facilitated permitting of hundreds of land use permits and prepared over 2000 environmental documents for local, state and federal agencies.  The consultancy has a working knowledge of NEPA, CEQA, Clean Water Act, Federal Advisory Committee Act, Coastal Zone Management Act, California Coastal Act, and other laws and regulations.  Ms. Laychak advised President Bush's OCS Task Force and received personal commendations from University of California and Governor Gray Dav
