Professional Biography Elaine Walsh is a professional neutral specializing in conflict management regarding National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) processes. Ms. Walsh is listed on the roster as a mediator for the State of Maine Administrative Office of the Courts Court Appointed Dispute Resolution Services (CADRES) for Small Claims Mediation, Land Use Mediation, and Maine Superior Court Early Neutral Evaluation. She is a facilitator with the Seeds of Peace International Camp for teenagers in reconciliation workshops in the Maine Seeds Program. She also serves as a volunteer mediator for the Youth Alternatives Family Mediation Program in Portland, Maine. From 2000-2003, Ms. Walsh owned a consulting firm in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. During that time she was the part-time Executive Director of the Center for Resolution in Jackson, Wyoming. Her previous work as an Instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School has provided a strong foundation for her current work. She is a member of the Environmental Public Policy Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Wyoming Mediation and Restorative Justice Association, and the Maine Association for Dispute Resolution Professionals. Ms. Walsh received the Jackson Hole Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of America Young Careerist Award in 2000.
