Professional Biography I am an mediator, attorney and conflict management consultant who specialies in water management, water allocation and water quality issues.  I am presently serving as the Special Master of the Pecos and Lower Rio Grande Water Rights Adjudications in the New Mexico state courts.  As part of my mediation and consulting practice, I have(i) designed and facilitated a policy dialogue with stakeholders on Use Attainability Analyis for the Idaho Department of Water Quality ii) designed and facilitated a policy dialoge for the Western Governors’ Association on effluent dependant waters; (iii) conducted an assessment for the Natural Resources Law Center of the University of Colorado Law School on the water rights mediation efforts in the Klamath Basin; (iv) presented workshops on alternative dispute resolution and complex case management for judges and special masters who are presiding over water rights adjudications throughout the Western United States; (v) provided mediation training for the mediators in the Lower Rio Grande water rights adjudication; and (vi) provided negotiation training for the stakeholders in the Klamath Basin water rights adjudication.
