Professional Biography For over twenty two years, I have provided neutral third party mediation, facilitation and conflict management services helping people resolve differences, generate consensus, build coalitions, plan strategically and develop workable solutions.  My mediation and facilitation work has been broad and deep, ranging from interpersonal conflicts to complex, multiparty disputes; specific areas of experience include environmental, public policy, public health, workplace, community, business, domestic relations,legislative and regulatory issues, technology and scientific questions.  In addition, I have served as lead conflict resolution trainer for private and governmental organizations. My portfolio includes dozens of negotiations, policy dialogues, site-specific mediations and public engagement processes at the local, state, regional and national levels.  Since 1989, my work has focused primarily on helping people work through differences by negotiation, mediation, facilitation and coaching people in use as well as advocating within Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes.  I have been involved in training US attorneys, Department of Justice civil litigators, US Postal Service attorneys, Dept. of Navy personnel, as well as numerous federal and private sector employees throughout the United States.
