Professional Biography Mr. Ceppos offers a unique integration of extensive facilitation/ADR/risk communication experience (and training) with an equal amount of applied resource management and planning.  He has a comprehensive background in toxics and waste management, wetland and other habitat restoration; fisheries enhancement; watershed planning; and agricultural, urban , and environmental water use.  He leads Jones & Stokes Public Involvement, Facilitation, and Mediation(PFM)team.  Jones & Stokes is a 300 person environmental consulting firm with offices in Sacramento,Oakland, San Jose, and Irvine CA; Ashland OR, Bellevue WA; Reno NV, and Phoenix AZ that specializes in technical and social problem solving of complex environmental issues. The PFM team at Jones & Stokes mirrors Mr. Ceppos' unique qualifications.  The PFM team provides highly skilled facilitation and ADR specialists that are also applied resource/scientific management specialists.  Our PFM specialists live, speak, and use the complex language of resources management and merge that with a comprehensive understanding of collaborative, facilitative, and dispute resolution techniques and skills.
