Professional Biography I have a broad range of experience in designing consensus building and conflict management processes across multiple levels, including local, regional, state and national interests. I provide design consultation, facilitation services to support implementing the design, and training to participants to promote greater and more effective involvement in consensus-based conflict management. Major services offered include process design; conflict and interest analysis; implementation assistance; performance tracking, and; adaptive management in a learning environment. The training I offer in support of those services includes conflict management, facilitation, team building, leadership, performance tracking, and building consensus among stakeholders. The processes and follow up support emphasizes generation of locally appropriate means to meet regional, state and federal priorities. My services are personalized to meet the needs of individual clients, and emphasize the value of maintaining diversity of perspective within a group, while building common strategies absent common ground.
