Professional Biography A senior-level facilitator and mediator with a focus on energy and climate issues since 2001. I have been the project manager, facilitator, and process designer for a number of large and complex, multi-year consensus-based dialogues. Project teams range from 2 to 6 staff, and I am responsible for oversight and implementation of every aspect of a project --financial oversight, meeting logistics, conflict assessment, process design, coaching & mediation with participants, preparation of briefing materials, consensus building, meeting facilitation and documentation, and final reports or outcomes.I have also helped design and facilitate organizational development work such as strategic planning, team building, and improved communication and workload management strategies. My 30-years of experience as a energy and environmental policy analyst, a regulator, a writer and facilitator is an important factor in my ability to manage large, substantively complex projects. I like to be direct and transparent in my facilitation style, acknowledging for instance when a group is stuck and seeking the group's help to get to the source of the problem.
