Professional Biography Adamant Accord is expert at designing and implementing processes for resolving complex environmental cases.  Adamant Accord's Principal, Cindy Cook, has over 25 years of experience working with federal, state and local government, private-sector, and non-profit agencies.  I am especially skilled at resolving issues involving complex and difficult interactions between government agencies. I understand the culture, interests and constraints of a wide range of stakeholders, including  EPA, the Forest Service, the Federal Highway Administration, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, state environmental and natural resource agencies, state transportation agencies, state historic preservation offices, state departments of commerce, large and small businesses, the regulated community, advocacy groups, and environmental groups.   I am also  adept in designing and implementing public involvement processes for cases involving large amounts of scientific and technical information, complex processes, and high emotions.  Adamant Accord has conducted situation assessments and  designed and facilitated many processes involving hundreds of stakeholders.  I use my project management expertise to tailor negotiation processes to stakeholders' objectives, circumstances and constraints.  I bring skill, intelligence, warmth and humor to my work.
