Professional Biography Began work on natural resource issues in 1990. Coordinated two different alliances on respective environmental issues. Facilitated staff retreats for non-profits to develop strategic plans, agree on mission & goals. Organized & facilitated series of meetings with landowners to raise awareness & gather input on issues such as water quality & ESA rules. Developed & implemented public participation plans; recruited participation in several environmental & transportation-related public policy processes.Strengths: listening & communication; research & writing; meeting planning &d facilitation; anticipation & solving of problems; delivery of high-quality products consistently within tight timelines; ability to see big picture & devise innovative approaches to resolving disputes.Thorough knowledge of water resource issues.
