Professional Biography I have 29 years experience as a Forester, District Ranger, Forest Supervisor and Special Asst. to the RF, R-6.  As an OD consultant in the USFS for 7 years I pioneered the development of consensus building techniques that were applied as requested with the BLM, NPS, NOAA, NPS, BIA, USFWS, NRCS, and Tribes. The focus was on collaborations, partnerships, and consensus building.As a private consultant for the last 25 years, I have accumulated a comprehensive education and experience in consensus building strategies. These have successfully helped groups I work with.I have facilitated consensus solutions in over 1,000 situations involving more than 35,000 people in this country and internationally.  I am conversant with the issues and concerns of public agency and private industry managers, educators, professionals, elected officials from Federal to local levels, environmentalists, union members, loggers, miners, ranchers, housewives, professionals, American Indians and other cultural groups.
