Professional Biography Bryant Kuechle is an experienced and trained public facilitator specializing in groups representing divergent interests. A certified mediator and public participation practitioner. Bryant has assembled and facilitated numerous community advisory committees, working groups and task forces that included membership representing all interested and potentially impacted groups and perspectives, including all forms of government and special interest/advocacy groups. Bryant is committed to the principles of public participation, experienced in remaining neutral, and skilled at providing a variety of independent facilitation services, including:• Conflict management• Problem solving• Constructive dialogue• Active listening• Consensus development• Reflective communication. Bryant will routinely draw upon his broad experience, interpersonal and team building skills to support effective communication among group members and assist them to coalesce and reach final agreement on issues, all while adhering to the agenda and keeping meetings on task and on track. Bryant joined The Langdon Group in 2005 and helped lead its growth from a team of two in one office to 21 in multiple locations. His focal areas include water, renewable energy, climate change, public lands, wildfire, municipal infrastructure, superfund cleanup, species protection, and other environmental issues for local, state and federal agencies, internally and externally.
